Brad is the founder/president of the National Information Security Group, an "uber user group" that provides security education to those in both the SMB and the enterprise markets with chapters around the USA. Brad volunteers his time to provide this service, and regularly donates the majority of NAISG's income directly to charity, with more than $50,000 donated so far. Brad does all of this in his "spare" time.
Brad founded and manages the Small Business IT Pros group on LinkedIn, which has more than 1,800 members. He did the same for the National Information Security Group, which has more than 3,600 members.
He is a 9x Microsoft MVP in enterprise security and is the owner of Fieldbrook Solutions, an IT and security consulting firm for SMBs in the Boston area. Brad still believes in providing personal attention to customers and not just letting the cloud or MSPs take the human touch out of service. He maintains a popular TechTips site that is geared toward the SMB IT admin.
