Doña has made a tremendous impact in the region and nationwide as founding member and former president of West Sound Technology Association, former chair of the region's High Tech Committee for Kitsap 20/20 Regional Action Plan, chair of Subcommittee on Private Sector Last Mile Solutions for Kitsap Economic Development Alliance, Co-chair of Kitsap Regional Telecommunications Committee (which led to broadband up and down the county), and forged partnerships with Microsoft, Technology Alliance, Washington Technology Industry Association, Washington Technology Center, Prosperity Partnership, MIT Enterprise Forum of the Northwest, ITEC, SMB Nation, Culminis/User Group Support Services, and Shidler Center for Law, Commerce and Technology at University of Washington. As Pres/CEO of Professional Options, Managing Dir of K2 Strategic Solutions, and SVP/COO of Keating Consulting, her IT, Business and Policy consulting expertise helps an international clientele achieve results and consistent success.

For the five years I have belonged to the West Sound Technology Association, Doña has been at the forefront of leadership. Whether it was cajoling a County Commissioner or Microsoft manager to participate in one of our events right down to bringing the ketchup and mustard to our group picnic, Doña was always there.

It doesn't matter if it is easy, painful or somewhere in between. These Packers are built to get it done. McCarthy, of course, said he won't start considering playoff scenarios until the Packers have 10 victories.
