When I started The Launch Pad 17 years ago I realized two things: one was that most small businesses and organizations were severely underusing their technology systems because they bought or were sold the wrong tools for the job or they were not trained on how to use them. We don’t just sell computer products, we use our knowledge and expertise to help our customers understand them.
