As director for sales for the Ingram Micro SMB Business Unit, Jamie is responsible for driving Ingram Micro’s vision and mission as it relates to the distributor’s SMB business. That entails identifying and assisting those SMB customers within the Ingram Micro ecosystem that can benefit from additional, intense counseling about potential growth opportunities within the SMB market. Jamie is part of the executive team that develops and coordinates specific support for Ingram Micro SMB partners that are currently receiving Ingram Micro assistance with everything from specific vertical support to new vendor partnerships. Jamie is tasked with developing and executing sales, lead gen and marketing program for those SMB customers – along with downloadable Business Building Tools and other SMB-focused resources – all geared toward improved profitability for those SMB customers. Overall, Jamie, a 14-year Ingram Micro veteran, has been working closely with Ingram Micro’s SMB initiatives since he joined the SMB Business Unit as an SMB sales manager in 2005.
