Additionally, by staying true to its SMB channel partners and keeping the company’s focus on innovation, execution and partner enablement, Intronis has also maintained its high NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 78, and seen its MSP revenue base grow by more than 50% YOY. As CEO, Jay brings more than 25 years of hands-on commercial software development and IT channel experience to Intronis, spanning pre-IPO start-ups to large development organizations.
