Under Jay’s leadership – both as the vice president of engineering and development and now as the interim CEO – Intronis has enabled thousands of SMB-focused MSPs to establish and grow profitable recurring revenue streams and add greater business value by leveraging the company’s innovative cloud-based backup and recovery software. As a result of its efforts, Intronis has also achieved notable YOY growth, earning its spot on the Deloitte 500 and the Inc. 5000, as well as receiving $12M in funding to build on its IT channel market momentum. Additionally, by staying true to its SMB channel partners and keeping the company’s focus on innovation, execution and partner enablement, Intronis has also maintained its high NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 78, and seen its MSP revenue base grow by more than 50% YOY. As CEO, Jay brings more than 25 years of hands-on commercial software development and IT channel experience to Intronis, spanning pre-IPO start-ups to large development organizations. Today, as a hands-on leader, Jay works closely with Intronis’ SMB partner base, sharing his acumen as yet another way Intronis helps drive their success through strategic business and technology support.
