Mark has spent the past 13 years working to make a positive difference in the IT channel. As founder of the Charlotte SBS Group, Charlotte IAMCP Chapter, former advisor to Microsoft on the formation and direction of the US and Worldwide SBSC program, the MPN and Microsoft Community Connections, and with his participation in various executive counsels for CompTIA communities, he has dedicated his time and talent to fostering peer-to-peer collaboration and community for IT service providers and MSPs. In his current role at StorageCraft, he works closely with MSPs and VARs helping them transition thier services into into RaaS.
