Michelle Ragusa, CCSE, CCDA is a Cisco veteran, and currently serves as Cisco Relationship Manager for Century Link, Embarq, and Qwest three of our larger SMB Resale partners. Michelle was recently recognized as the annual winner of the prestigious "Cisco World Wide Channel Organization Award for Innovation and Growth". Prior to that she twice won the esteemed "Commitment to Excellence" Award for her work with Cisco SMB Partners in her role as Cisco Sales Account Manager. She sits on two CompTIA committees: IT Service and Support as well as Advancing Women in IT. She is also a long standing member of the National Women in Technology Group, where she has given speeches for young women in technology. She actively gives back to the community; she is founder and chairs Cisco Club Red for the Triangle Red Cross, and is as an advocate for U Touch - an organization focused on transforming lives in disadvantaged regions by providing Technology, Training and eMentoring.

In the short time that I have known Michelle, she is a professional in every sense of the word. She works tirelessly to promote the SMB Community on a variety of levels, and is completely deserving of this honor. Vote for Michelle!

Michelle Ragusa is a proven leader and spokesperson for the support of Women in IT. She has an abundant amount of positive energy and channels that into her enthusiasm for the SMB Community and Women in IT. Professionally Michelle has been very successful and she is an exemplary role model for women wanting to exceed in IT. Personally Michelle is just a really nice person. She is an ardent supporter of her friends and peers. Michelle is the perfect example of a leader and influencer and she most definitely belongs on the SMB 150. She certainly has my daily vote. Go Michelle!!!

She works tirelessly to promote and support the initiatives and people she loves and believes in, and is a shining example of a true Channel professional. I met Michelle just about a year ago, and I do have to say I have never met someone so driven, motivated and inspiring! She unwearyingly promotes Women in IT. Michelle leads by example not only in the IT Community and the SMB Community, but in her personal life as well. I couldn’t be more honored to have someone as amazing as Michelle not only in my peer group, but in my circle of friends.
