Patricia Hume brings more than 29 years of software and technology sales experience to Convio. Her career spans industry leaders such as IBM, SAP, Avaya, VerticalNet and Critical Path. She has managed 10,000 SAP partners responsible for customer acquisition, retention and implementation of SAP solutions; she has served as group vice president of Avaya’s small and medium enterprise division, and started her career at IBM where she held numerous management positions in research and development, marketing, sales, and channel.
