At his former company, outsourceIT, Donnelly assisted in a major M&A deal that doubled the company’s size and expanded its regional footprint. With Donnelly’s focus, outsourceIT also managed to retain all but one of its recurring revenue customers in 2011. Shaun Donnelly is currently the VP and General Manager at support.com.
